RSP Founder and Managing Partner, Robert Kennedy, today announced the appointment of Pete Krogh, Partner – Foodservice & Away From Home of Retail Strategy Partners. “Pete brings three decades of leadership across Fortune 500 food and beverage companies, with deep expertise in Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Finance. His ability to bridge strategy and execution makes him an invaluable partner for our clients as they pursue growth and transformation. We are thrilled to welcome Pete to the team.”
Pete has more than 30 years of leadership experience, with the past 15 years dedicated to Marketing. He began his career in GE’s Manufacturing Management Program before joining Coca-Cola, where he advanced through multiple roles within the $4B Foodservice division over two decades. Most recently, Pete served as Head of Marketing for J.M. Smucker’s North America Foodservice division, overseeing iconic billion-dollar brands including Folgers, Dunkin, Jif, Smucker’s, and Uncrustables. His cross-functional background provides a well-rounded perspective and proven expertise in strategic planning, innovation, and B2B marketing.

Pete earned his MBA from Loyola University Maryland and graduated in the top 20 of his class at Duke University, where he received a BS in Electrical Engineering. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Medina, OH, and are proud parents of two children.
